Yahoo's Sarah Fuss

Sarah Fuss has a great article called "why you should get over your fear of carbs". http://food.yahoo.com/blog/yahoofreshpicks/12434/why-you-should-get-over-your-fear-of-carbs All this woman was trying to say is you must eat some carbs at every meal to maintain a healthy lifestyle. the people commenting on this article a ripping this woman a new asshole because of all the stuff they "think" they know. She did not once say, "go out and order yourself a large pizza and a big bowl of spaghetti" or "you can eat as many french fries and bread sticks as you want an loose weight!". She said "eat carbs with protein for every meal". Am i wrong or does that not seem COMPLETELY LOGICAL? Most fruits are considered carbs and whole grains are GOOD for your heart. Did people forget that them man who created the "Adkins Diet" died of a heart problem in his 50's. People this poor woman is 100% CORRECT! Maybe she should have dumbed it down for some of the IDIOTS reading it but she's right all the way. Plus, people wont get off their lazy asses and EXERCISE. What a concept. Eating pretty much everything you want and still being at a healthy weight because you DO SOMETHING!

Now i would like you to read this article that i posted above. I would also like you to read the comments. Please tell me if i am being irrational.

I do understand that everyone is different, but people give me a fucking break.
